 Brief Introduction of Structure

• This three-axis vertical gyration servo positioner consists of whole welding frame, gyration frame, AC servo motor, RV precise reducer, conductive system, protective cover and electrical control system.
• The whole welding frame is made by high-quality section, the machining was after stress relief annealing so the machining accuracy and the use accuracy are assured. Anti-rust appearance paint is beautiful and elegant, and the color can be customized.
• The gyration frame is made by high-quality steel section with professional machining. With standard pitch tapped hole on the surface for installing positioning tooling, and it was painted after black oxidation treatment
• The AC servo motor matching the RV reducer can guarantee the high gyration stability, high positioning accuracy, the long durability, the low failure rate.
• We choose brass as the conductive material, because it has good electrical conductivity. The conduct substrate is integral isolated, so the servo motor, robot body, welding power source is completely safe.
• Light shield is made by aluminium section and aluminium-plastic panel, it can cover the arc light when the welding and cutting proceeding.
