In this valve casing welding project, the 6 axis QJRH4-1 robot greatly increased productivity and saved labor costs. The operation of the robot is very simple, and the robot can realize automatic welding with high efficiency and quality. The robot has a load of 4kg, repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm,6 axis and arm span of 1410.5mm. It has stable and high quality welding performance and can be used with Panasonic, fornix, Lincoln, kenby, Altai, meggite and other main stream welding machines, which can realize the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials.
The welding joint and arc extinguishing quality is high, the joint fusion is good, and the welding seam is tight. The welding joints are smooth and straight, without strong counterparts. The performance is stable, there is no crack and air hole, and the hardness is high and uniform. The welding heat is small, the height is consistent, and the subsequent processing time is saved.
