The 6 axis QJRH4-1 robot is used in this project. The robot has a load of 4kg, repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm and arm span of 1410.5mm. It can be used with Panasonic, fornix, Lincoln, kenby, Altai, meggite and other main stream welding machines, which can realize the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials;
In this air fliter welding line, QJAR robots greatly increased productivity and saved labor costs. The operation is simple, can realize automatic welding, high efficiency, no need for personnel operation. QJAR robots have passed the CE test and ISO 9001: 2015. To ensure the product quality, QJAR cost 10 million USD in high-standard testing machines, such as pulling machine, laser tracker, flaw detector, rolling tester, high-low temperature test machine, digital bridge, three-coordinate measuring machine, hardness, etc.
The welding joint and arc extinguishing quality is high, the joint fusion is good, and the welding seam is tight. The welding joints are smooth and straight, without strong counterparts. The performance is stable, there is no crack and air hole, and the hardness is high and uniform. The welding heat is small, the height is consistent, and the subsequent processing time is saved.
