The 6 axis QJRH4-1 robot is used in this project. The robot has a load of 4kg, repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm and arm span of 1410.5mm. It has stable and high quality welding performance and can be used with Panasonic, fornix, Lincoln, kenby, Altai, meggite and other main stream welding machines, which can realize the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials;
The single axis positioner and robot walking rail used in this project are controlled by the robot control cabinet. During the welding process, the robot and positioner can move coordinately, which saves a lot space and improves efficiency.
It's 4kg payload and 1410.5mm reaching distance with compact structure.
