We will show you how to do the tool coordinate calibration on our welding robot. Our robot system has three coordinates, which is cartesian coordinate, tool coordinate, user coordinate. Calibrating those coordinates can release the robot performance to the fullest. We use 6 points calibration for the tool coordinate calibration, what we need to do is recording 6 positions of the robot in different poses, and then the system will calibrating the tool coordinate automatically.
